1. Introduction

When you submit a request, we will need to verify your identity to ensure you are the person about whom we have collected personal information. We may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require you to provide written authorization and verify your identity directly with us.

7. Response Time

We will respond to your verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt.

8. Minors' Personal Information

We do not knowingly sell personal information of consumers under the age of 16. If you are under 16 years of age, you may opt-in to the sale of your personal information, and you may opt-out at any time. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor under 16 years of age, you may opt-out on behalf of your child.
